my workplace told me that they donβt give raises bonuses so i didnβt even get a 3% cost of living adjustment.
need new job
Wonβt find out until March, but thereβs a bonus incoming soon.
i got some equity at least but i wonβt be able to cash that in until 2025 at the earliest but probably more like βneverβ
6% over my promotion in October. I beat inflation.

4% raise, 8% bonus compared to a 10% target despite glowing praise from my (in-house) customers and peers and literally winning a trophy for my contributions.
Pathetic, really.
