my workplace told me that they don’t give raises bonuses so i didn’t even get a 3% cost of living adjustment.

Won’t find out until March, but there’s a bonus incoming soon.
i got some equity at least but i won’t be able to cash that in until 2025 at the earliest but probably more like “never”
6% over my promotion in October. I beat inflation.

4% raise, 8% bonus compared to a 10% target despite glowing praise from my (in-house) customers and peers and literally winning a trophy for my contributions.
Pathetic, really.
